# ETH sent to TomoBridge not received

I have sent 0.8 ETH to the deposit address shown in the Deposit section of the Portfolio. The address is 0x50820009644A21Dfd6Ef403A3a43AE7D3a21a903. The ETH has still not been received after 325 confirmation and more than 1 hour. What can I do?

_ **AS A MATTER OF FACT, I WOULD GO AHEAD AND MAKE ANOTHER WALLET BEFORE STARTING THE STEPS MENTIONED BELOW. MOVE ALL THE ETHEREUM/ TOKENS YOU HOLD IN YOUR 0x598E64Caf94bff71838cB4E21233abC619E0B3E3 ADDRESS TO A NEW ADDRESS. THEN WITH AN EMPTY WALLET, YOU CAN PROCEED BELOW.** _

Now, from what it sounds, you sent your Ethereum Network **ETH** to a Tomochain Network **tmETH** address. I may be mistaken but I think you skipped using Tomobridge. **Not to worry though cause there was recently a post on this forum about how to potentially reclaim back your ETH.**

**Important: For step 3 tomochain is not listed as a coin/token so in this case simply choose ETH as the coin option, then enter the Tomochain Derivation Path which is m/44’/889’/0’/0.**
