Buenas, me pagaron por TOMOWALLET en BTC pero no puedo hacer nada, para retirarlo, me dicen que esta en TCR21 adjunto captura

Hello,

He is saying he received a BTC payment through Tomowallet but he can’t take this amount because the app says that the money is on TRC21.

Intente seguir esta guía en la sección “Desenvolver / retirar sus tokens” y ver si funciona. Tenga especial cuidado en el futuro. Puede que tenga que utilizar el traductor de Google.
