### Viction Community Forum Guidelines

_Welcome to the Viction Nation, where every voice shapes our shared journey._

### Introduction

The Viction Community Forum is a space for collaborative discussions, idea-sharing, and decision-making centered on the growth and governance of the Viction ecosystem. To ensure this forum remains a productive and inclusive environment, we’ve established these guidelines, grounded in the principles of respect, openness, and constructive engagement.

### Core Values of the Viction Forum

- Inclusivity: Every perspective matters. We embrace diversity and ensure that everyone feels welcomed and valued.
- Transparency: Open dialogue builds trust. Discussions should prioritize clarity, honesty, and shared understanding.
- Collective Growth: This is a space to learn, build, and grow—both individually and as a community.

### Guidelines for Participation

To foster a positive and collaborative environment, we encourage everyone to follow these principles:

#### Do’s

1. Engage Respectfully: Treat all participants with kindness and respect. Healthy debates are encouraged, but always focus on ideas, not individuals.
2. Stay Relevant: Discussions should align with the forum’s purpose, including governance, ecosystem initiatives, and community building.
3. Be Constructive: Share solutions, not just critiques. Offer feedback that helps others grow and contributes to the discussion.
4. Provide Evidence: When making claims or arguments, back them up with reliable sources or clear reasoning.
5. Protect Privacy: Keep personal information confidential, including your own and that of others.

#### Don’ts

1. Avoid Personal Attacks: Refrain from derogatory remarks, hate speech, or inflammatory language.
2. No Spamming: Keep posts meaningful and relevant. Avoid repetitive or off-topic content.
3. Stay Legal: Ensure all contributions comply with applicable laws and respect intellectual property rights.
4. No Discrimination: This forum does not tolerate any form of prejudice, including those based on race, gender, orientation, or background.

### Moderation and Reporting

Moderators ensure discussions align with community guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or bans. Use the flag option to report issues for prompt review.
