# Withdrawl from IDEX

Hello there,  
I have found some old TOMO coins on IDEX and there seems to be a problem with withdrawal to my Ethereum wallet.

ERROR note:

Hi Lukes,

Old TOMO coins on IDEX were locked as TomoChain mainnet was launched in Dec 2018. We had provided refund support for the holders for 2 years and the process already came to an end.

Your asset is no longer in use, therefore you can’t transfer it or trading with it.

so there is really nothing to be done? I haven’t had this info at all.  
Nobody contacted me.

So I lost all the money in it?
