Luasafe withdraw stake fail

Hi, would the Tomo team kindly look into Luasafe withdraw stake fail on Tomo wallet app? End result is I didn’t receive the 272 Lua in my wallet app. However the 21 Lua fee were deducted from my original stake to process the withdrawal.

Withdraw Lua via Luasafe generated this transaction hash — note the recipient is nil:

Kindly fix and provide the 272 lua to my address.
