Luaswap failed swap, ETH fee still deducted

Hi, would the luaswap team kindly look into failed USDT-FTT swap where ETH fee deducted but FTT coin not received and USDT not deducted.

Would like one of the following outcomes please:

  1. Fix transaction to go through with credit FTT and deduct USDT.
    Or
  2. Refund the ETH transaction fee.

This is for transaction hash 0x0ecd76632f31021367237b5e8ed412b1a225bfab2bdb37d2ccb2f6347310a6e3
