Problem about Sending Tomoe to Viction address

I had some TOMOe in my hardware wallet and regardless of the fact that I had to convert them to VIction through coin98 wallet with spacegate, I decided to send them to the Viction address on my Coinex exchange. Now, since it has not been deposited to the exchange, I don’t know how to solve my problem
