Is there a way to recover it? I did a factory reset on my phone and forgot that i had my tomo recovery phrase saved there. I still have access to my old wallet and I used my fingerprint to unlock it if that helps.

If you still have access to your wallet on the old phone, you can get the private key back. Open TomoWallet, click to the hamburger bar > click to your wallet address > security > show private key.
