Abstract
This proposal, submitted by Viction Core DAO, seeks funding from the Community Acceleration Program, as outlined in VIP #1, to support Viction’s coordinated growth strategy across the remainder of 2025 from May 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025 (eight months).
It activates three interconnected pillars to accelerate ecosystem-wide impact:
1. Strategy & Core Operations: The full operational & strategic backbone that delivers growth objectives across strategic planning, brand development, technical enablement, and ecosystem performance.
2. Ecosystem-wide Marketing Campaigns, by Core Team: Funding will empower the core team to execute strategic marketing campaigns focused on Brand Enhancement , Token Launch Acceleration, Stablecoin Awareness Acceleration, amplifying Viction’s global visibility and adoption.
3. Community & Contributor Programs (operated by FrontierDAO): Community-powered initiatives that drive contributor participation, local expansion, bounties, and grassroots innovation.
Funding will be distributed monthly, pegged to USD value, and managed transparently by FrontierDAO Council. This proposal enables structured, scalable growth, ensuring Viction’s ecosystem momentum continues to expand.
Motivation
Since the rebranding from TomoChain in November 2023, the Viction ecosystem has demonstrated strong momentum. This growth stems from contributor-driven initiatives rather than large-scale funding. With foundational systems in place, VIP #4 represents a strategic step to transition from momentum to structured scale, ensuring continuity across contributors, partners, and markets.
This proposal sustains operational infrastructure, empowers contributors, and drives visibility — reinforcing Viction’s long-term growth trajectory.
Specification
This proposal funds and aligns the three engines that drive Viction’s ecosystem growth:
1) Strategy & Core Operations: This category represents the strategic and operational backbone that delivers Viction’s growth objectives across contributors, partners, brand, and technical systems. It integrates four core functional domains:
-
Growth Strategy & Ecosystem Intelligence: The strategic command center for ecosystem expansion, overseeing growth planning, market research, contributor system design, and partner engagement. This ensures all initiatives are aligned with data-backed insights and long-term priorities.
-
Technical Systems & Infrastructure: The engineering resources responsible for maintaining and expanding Viction’s core infrastructure — supporting partner integrations, tooling, and builder enablement. This ensures that ecosystem initiatives are underpinned by secure, scalable systems.
-
Brand Strategy & Narrative Management: The strategic layer that governs Viction’s brand positioning, messaging architecture, and narrative consistency. This maintains the credibility, trust, and global visibility required for adoption across diverse markets.
-
Community Strategy & Coordination Systems: The architect of Viction’s contributor frameworks and local expansion models. This layer designs the incentive structures, governance alignment, and feedback mechanisms that enable sustainable community growth and participation.
These functions together form the Strategy & Core Operations — the “nerve center” that connects Viction’s growth vision with structured execution across all ecosystem layers.
2) Brand Expenditures, led by Viction Core Team: This allocation enables the Viction Core Team to execute global brand and marketing initiatives, including brand development, token launch visibility, stablecoin adoption campaigns, and regional marketing activations. The Core Team ensures Viction’s brand narrative remains relevant, competitive, and consistently executed across key markets, reinforcing ecosystem trust and adoption.
3) Community Expenditures, led by FrontierDAO: FrontierDAO manages community-driven initiatives including contributor system, bounty initiatives, and local chapter expansion. This budget supports the execution layer of Viction’s community growth — ensuring that creators, local chapters, and community contributors are empowered and incentivized to drive ecosystem participation and visibility.
