3. 2026 - Direction and Budget Planning

3.1. Direction

Following the ecosystem growth delivered in 2025 across infrastructure, community and ecosystem development, Viction will continue ecosystem growth through the following execution pillars:

1. Ecosystem Partnership and Development
In 2026, Viction is shifting from foundation-building to ecosystem leverage and scale. Viction aims to focus on partnerships and applications that translate protocol capabilities into real-world utility and adoption within the Ownership Economy. Key focus areas include:

Protocol and Infrastructure Enhancement

  • Continue protocol optimization, hard forks, and security enhancements to support sustainable scalability, higher throughput, and ecosystem complexity.
  • Maintain scalable RPC, node, and chain operations to ensure reliability as ecosystem usage grows.
  • Operate indexers, explorers, and core developer services to support application deployment, monitoring, and analytics.
  • Keep developer tooling and data infrastructure up to date to reduce friction for builders and partners.

Builder and Technical Partnerships

  • Deepen technical partnerships with wallets, tooling providers, and infrastructure partners to expand distribution and improve developer experience.
  • Support partners with integration, coordination, and technical enablement to accelerate deployment and adoption.

Application and Ecosystem Expansion

  • Support builders and applications serving payments, AI, DeFi, and self-custody use cases aligned with the Ownership Economy.
  • Provide targeted support across grants, business development, and go-to-market coordination.
  • Drive ecosystem participation through activation programs that convert partnerships into on-chain usage.

Strategic Initiatives and Ecosystem Reserve

  • Allocate a portion of funding through the Ecosystem Reserve to support high-impact initiatives, emerging partnerships, and unforeseen execution needs.
  • Enable timely responses to market shifts, ecosystem opportunities, and operational risks.
  • Ensure long-term sustainability without disrupting planned execution streams.

2. Community and Branding

Community serves as the awareness-to-adoption layer of the Viction ecosystem, aligning infrastructure, products, branding, and community execution to drive real participation and on-chain usage.

In 2026, community funding is structured around three complementary programs:

  1. Local Community Development: Supports Viction’s presence in key regions through local chapters operating as country-level hubs, driving adoption for Viction through creators, events, and partnerships.
  2. Contributor Program: Activates contributors through a mission- and bounty-based model, with performance tracked via Viction Vanguard. Incentives are tied to measurable contributions such as user onboarding, content creation, and ecosystem support.
  3. Community Activation and Innovation Grants: Funds recurring community activities and community-led initiatives, including events, education, and innovation grants to sustain engagement and enable grassroots experimentation.

In parallel, Viction’s branding and marketing efforts focus on building and enhancing measurable mindshare, credibility, and Viction ecosystem visibility. These efforts are centered on amplifying Viction’s core narratives and partnership announcements, while driving user acquisition across the ecosystem.

3. Operations
Operations provide the strategic and technical backbone for ecosystem execution, ensuring growth initiatives are executed efficiently, consistently, and sustainably at scale.

2026 Operations cover:

  • Growth Strategy and Ecosystem Intelligence: Market research, user insights, and growth planning.
  • Technical Systems and Infrastructure: Core infrastructure, developer support, and partner integrations.
  • Brand Strategy and Narrative Management: Narrative consistency and brand alignment.
  • Community Coordination and Systems: Design contributor programs, incentive frameworks, local chapter models, coordination processes, and performance tracking systems.

3.2. Budget Planning

To execute the above plans, this proposal requests community approval to release the 2026 annual growth budget of 20,000,000 $VIC, in line with the Treasury framework approved under VIP #1.

Releasing the full allocation upfront enables the Viction Foundation to operate proactively amid market volatility and price fluctuations, ensuring continuity of execution, operational flexibility, and timely deployment across all execution streams throughout the year.

5. Conclusion

VIP #8 proposes the release of Treasury funds for the executed 2025 ecosystem growth activities and the activation of the 2026 ecosystem growth budget within the Treasury allocation scopes approved under VIP #1.

This action enables uninterrupted ecosystem growth execution across infrastructure, partnerships, brand development, and community, while maintaining the approved funding allocation structure and transparency in 2026.

With funding scopes clearly defined and execution activated, Viction is positioned to convert strategic intent into measurable ecosystem growth, delivering long-term value to the community under continued governance oversight.

I propose allocating 5,000,000 VIC for incentive (2,500,000 VIC) and liquidity (2,500,000 VIC)
Incentive: Conducting liquidity incentive funding on Rabbitswap (on key trading pairs)

  • VIC/C98: 1,200,000 VIC
  • VIC/USDT: 900,000 VIC
  • C98/USDT: 280,000 VIC
  • USDT/WUSD: 120,000 VIC

Liquidity: Add liquidity to key liquidity pairs in the ecosystem

Thank you for your constructive suggestions. We value the community’s inputs and will take them into consideration as we continue to enhance the strategy execution.
