Fail to wrap USDT on TOMO bridge

Hi, I am new to TOMO bridge. I tried to wrap my USDT to TRC21 USDT with TOMO bridge. I sent 10 USDT to the address it provided but it was just stuck on step 2 VERIFY TRANSACTION. I check the address Address 0xed9e1f47cb8872ca46a25eafe6ebf1983698f5a4 and see the 10 USDT I sent was there.

Does anyone know how to get the money out? Thanks.
