I resigned my relayer and now im getting an UNABLE TO REFUND message. PLEASE HELP

i resigned my relayer 28 days ago. this is the message im getting.

"The relayer is resigning

You can ask for withdrawal after the deposit lock-time has elapsed

Lock time has elapsed for about 2 hours, you can withdraw now"

when i hit withdraw a red button in the corner pops up and says UNABLE TO REFUND. where do i go from here

nevermind i got them out. just had to refresh meta mask 2 times
